FerrVault already had a palette that finds vaults and secrets across every environment, but it only opened from the keyboard shortcut, and nothing on screen said it existed. The top bar now shows a Search field, left of New vault, with the shortcut written in it.

Clicking the field opens that palette. Type part of a vault or secret name and pick a result to jump to it. The shortcut still works from anywhere in the app.
